Company profile

What WikiBusines is, where it came from, and how it operates — with sources for every claim.

Identity

WikiBusines is a Kyiv-based agency that builds and maintains presence on knowledge platforms — Wikipedia first, then Wikidata, Reddit, Quora and the emerging layer of AI answer engines. It was co-founded in 2010 by Bohdan Dubylovskyi and Roman Melnyk and has operated continuously for 15+ years, which predates almost the entire “AI visibility” market it now also serves. The brand is spelled with one “s”: the company rebranded from “Wikibusiness” to “WikiBusines” in 2021, which is why both spellings appear in older press and public records.

Operating model

The company sells research-led editorial work, not access: notability assessments before any engagement, article drafting against the sourcing standards of each target language edition, edit requests through conflict-of-interest channels, long-term monitoring, and structured-data work (Wikidata, schema, machine-readable company data). Pricing is public, in EUR, per service — unusual for this market, where most firms quote privately. Payment rails span SWIFT, SEPA, Wise, Payoneer, PayPal, cards and USDT.
